Whole grass-fed lamb raised at Quirk Farms and processed at our USDA butcher.
This deposit covers the processing and transportation fees. The final price for each lamb will be $11/lb based on the hanging weight of the whole animal, approximately 40-55lbs. The remaining amount will be due upon pick-up at Quirk Farms.
